Work With Me
When work stalls, the work around the work usually stalls too.
Teams rarely stall because people don’t care or aren’t capable.
Teams get stuck because change reveals gaps in how work really happens, like unclear roles, hidden tension, weak systems, unseen effort, and decisions that never seem final.
That’s where I come in.
How I help
I work with teams navigating change who feel stuck, unclear, or stretched thin.
I work closely with teams to figure out how work really gets done across people, systems, and routines. This helps them move forward with more clarity, trust, and energy.
This work is especially useful during:
Growth or scaling
Restructuring or role changes
Leadership transitions
Moments of uncertainty or pressure
How I work
I don’t arrive with a pre-baked framework and a slide deck.
I work directly with teams during transitions to help them understand what’s really happening and make intentional changes to how they work.
My role often looks like a mix of:
Coach
Operator
Thought partner
Translator between people, priorities, and systems
I stay involved until the team is no longer stuck and can carry the work forward without me.
I use this same approach in my speaking and facilitation. It’s based on real work, shaped by experience, and meant to be useful right away.
Ways we can work together
Team Coaching Through Transition
For teams experiencing change and feeling the strain.
This work focuses on:
Clarifying how the team works (not just what they do)
Surfacing and addressing stuck dynamics
Strengthening trust, ownership, and communication
Building sustainable ways of working that hold under pressure
This is coaching at the team level, grounded in the reality of day-to-day work.
Fractional Operations Support
For organizations that need hands-on operational leadership without a full-time hire.
In this mode, I step in as a fractional partner to:
Stabilize or evolve operations during periods of change
Translate strategy into workable systems
Reduce friction across teams and functions
Support leaders carrying too much context alone
Operations are never just technical. They are human, and that’s the focus of this work.
Speaking & Facilitation
Sometimes the most helpful thing isn’t a long project. It’s making space for people to see what’s really happening together.
I speak and facilitate sessions that help teams:
Name invisible work and unspoken dynamics
Understand why change feels harder than it “should”
Build shared language for roles, decisions, and collaboration
Leave with clearer agreements and next steps
Talks and sessions are tailored to the situation, whether it’s a leadership offsite, a team reset, a conference, or an internal learning event.
What makes this different
I’m not just a neutral observer. I take responsibility for helping the team get unstuck.
I don’t focus on appearances. I focus on making changes that last.
I work with what is really happening, not just what should be happening.
I care deeply about dignity, equity, and sustainability, not just results.
Behind every engagement is the same belief:
People do their best work when the system around them makes that possible.
Is this a good fit?
This work is likely a fit if you:
Value honesty over polish
Are willing to look at how work really happens
Want change that lasts beyond the engagement
See this as shared work, not something to outsource
It’s probably not a fit if you:
Want a traditional consulting deliverable
Want culture change without changing behavior or systems
Prioritize hierarchy and control over learning and trust
Let’s talk
If you’re going through change and want a thought partner who can support you through the tough parts, I’d love to talk.
